Welcome to Essich Park. These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings made directly with Essich Park via our website, telephone, email or any other direct booking method. By making a reservation, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
"We", "Us", "Our" means Essich Park.
"You", "Guest", "Lead Guest" means the individual making the booking and all members of the party.
"Property" means the accommodation booked at Essich Park.
A booking is confirmed only when:
The Lead Guest must be at least 18 years of age and is responsible for ensuring all members of the party comply with these Terms.
All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£).
Prices include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend prices before a booking is confirmed.
A deposit may be required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid by the due date stated on your booking confirmation.
If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain any payments already made.
Where your booking is advertised or purchased as Non-Refundable, all payments are non-refundable if you cancel.
If you choose not to travel, arrive late or depart early, no refund will be due.
This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
At our sole discretion, we may permit a change of dates or transfer of the booking, but we are under no obligation to do so.
Where we are able to re-let the accommodation for the cancelled dates, we may, entirely at our discretion, offer a partial refund after deducting our reasonable administrative costs and any losses incurred.
Requests to amend a booking must be made in writing.
Any amendment is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking where circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent us from providing the accommodation.
In such circumstances, our liability shall be limited to a refund of monies paid for the booking.

Failure to vacate by the required departure time may result in additional charges.
Guests agree to:
The Lead Guest accepts responsibility for any loss or damage caused by members of their party.
Essich Park reserves the right to recover the cost of repairs, replacement or additional cleaning where required.
Only the number of guests stated on the booking confirmation may occupy the accommodation.
Unauthorised visitors may result in termination of the booking without refund.
Pets are not permitted at Essich Park.
If a guest brings a pet without prior written permission, Essich Park reserves the right to:
This restriction does not apply to registered assistance dogs where required by applicable law. Guests travelling with an assistance dog are requested to notify Essich Park in advance so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside all accommodation.
Additional cleaning charges may apply where this condition is breached.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to the above, Essich Park shall not be liable for:
We shall not be liable for failure to perform our obligations where caused by events outside our reasonable control including severe weather, flood, fire, pandemic restrictions, government action, utility failures or similar events.
By making a booking, you acknowledge that your payment is made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, Essich Park reserves the right to provide your booking details, correspondence, cancellation policy and any other relevant evidence to the payment provider.
A chargeback decision made by a card issuer or payment provider does not, of itself, determine the parties' contractual rights or obligations.
Where monies are recovered by way of chargeback contrary to these Terms and Conditions, Essich Park reserves the right to pursue recovery of any sums due under the booking contract through legal proceedings where appropriate.
Essich Park also reserves the right to seek recovery of any court fees, interest, chargeback fees and other recoverable costs permitted by law.
Any booking obtained through fraudulent means, false representations or payment fraud may be cancelled immediately.
Essich Park reserves the right to report suspected fraud to the appropriate authorities.
Any complaint should be reported during your stay so that we have the opportunity to resolve the issue.
Complaints received only after departure may limit our ability to investigate.
Personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of Scotland.
Subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply, the Scottish courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Essich Park and the Guest regarding the booking.
