If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify Essich Park in writing by email. The effective date of cancellation will be the date on which we receive your written notice.
The following cancellation terms apply:

| More than 28 days before arrival | 50% of the total booking value will be refunded. |
| 28 days or less before arrival | No refund will be given. |
All paid prepayments are non-refundable.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
We strongly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance to protect against cancellation due to illness, accident, travel disruption, or other unforeseen circumstances.
