Luxury cottage with hot tub located on a farm only 5 minutes from Inverness and 10 minutes from Loch Ness with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside, Inverness and the Moray Firth. The farm has a herd of 12 Alpacas with 6 baby Alpacas due June 2026. The cottage has 2 bedrooms (one superking, one king). The cottage is a perfect base for exploring Inverness, the Highlands and the NC500.

Amazing place to stay and explore the area
Had an amazing stay. The accomodation is really high quality and beautifully decorated. Incredible views from the living room and we loved the hot tub on an evening. Can't fault the place at all and would love to come back.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at George’s Airbnb! The place was spotless, peaceful, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The hot tub was a real highlight—immaculately clean, perfectly warm, and the ideal way to unwind after a day of exploring. What really made the trip extra special was how family-friendly the whole experience was. Our 2 year old daughter was over the moon about the alpacas on the property. George let her help feed them, and it was honestly the highlight of her trip. It’s not every day you get that kind of experience right where you're staying. George was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and clearly takes great pride in making sure guests feel welcome and comfortable. This was more than just a place to stay, it was a real experience. We left feeling rested, happy, and full of great memories. We’d 100% recommend this stay to anyone, especially families, and we’d love to come back! Thank you, George, for such a lovely stay.
Altogether Amazing!
We had the most beautiful stay here! Jamie and George were so kind and helpful from start to finish and went above and beyond in all areas. My daughter was unforgettably enamoured with the alpacas and we enjoyed walking with them. We spent the days exploring inverness and spent our late evenings in the hot tub watching the sunset. We cannot wait to come back again.

What a golden find this was. We wanted a couple of nights to just chill and were not disappointed. Absolutely spotless and beautiful cottage. From the moment Jaime met us on our arrival we felt relaxed. Everything you need is provided and the added touches like the welcome message on the chalk board and the bottle of prosecco in the fridge made it a very enjoyable stay. We will certainly return and highly recommend this property and the hosts.
The Cottage - October 23
The cottage is absolutely beautiful. Located adjacent to Loch Ness and spots like Urquhart Castle, there is no shortage of things to do. Being on a farm, however, you also get a sense of peace when you need to decompress at the end of the day. The home itself was pristine, well-equipped with amenities, and a pleasure to stay in. The hot tub was the perfect way to relax at the end of the day, and the alpacas were adorable. I can't say enough good things about our stay here -- just wonderful!
