Luxury 2 bedroom barn conversion with hot tub located on a farm only 5 minutes from Inverness and 10 minutes from Loch Ness with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside, Inverness and the Moray Firth. The farm has a herd of 12 Alpacas with 6 baby Alpacas due June 2026. The property is a perfect base for exploring Inverness, the Highlands and the NC500.

The property comprises an open plan living area with wood log
burner. The living area benefits from a smart TV and bluetooth speaker.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, Samsung
appliances (Oven, Venting Induction Hob, Microwave, Dishwasher and
fridge/freezer.
Both bedrooms feature superking size beds with built in
wardrobes and dressing tables. And also features a smart TV. Adjoining the bedrooms there are ensuite bathrooms which have
rainfall showers and double sink vanity units. One bed can be split to offer
single beds.
Outside there is a private hot tub equipped with feature
lighting and bluetooth speaker system. There is also an outdoor dining area.

Absolutely Fabulous
The accommodation was perfect. Open plan kitchen, living and dining was stunning and exactly what we were after. The property was immaculate as were the hot tub and garden area. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Birthday celebrations
A fantastic weekend celebrating a special birthday with friends and children. The apartment was stunning with many lovely little touches to make our stay very special. Everyone loved the Alpacas and hot tub. We will definitely book again. Thank you for a fabulous weekend.
Honeymoon!
We stayed in 2BR for our honeymoon! It was immaculate! It was so spacious, extremely clean and had all the amenities we needed! The flip flops, robe and towels for the hot tub were also a bonus! George was a great host and was on hand for anything we needed during our stay, he had some great recommendations for places to eat or takeaways that delivered to the farm too. It is a beautiful place to stay, and we have already said we would love to come back! We had a log burner too, which we didn’t end up needing, even in November! The underfloor heating was wonderful and kept us warm throughout our whole stay!
Stunning family getaway!
I don’t know where to start! Essich Park is absolutely beautiful! We stayed for 4 nights and was so sad to come home! The views are amazing, the accommodation is immaculately and beautifully decorated and we also had a wood burning stove which was fantastic, the private hot tub with Bluetooth surround sound was amazing (not to mention the towels, flip flops and robes provided as well!). George is a fantastic host who couldn’t have been more helpful our entire stay with recommendations of places to go, take aways to order & places to eat. The most beautiful Alpacas in the garden is a HUGE bonus too 😍 We can’t wait to stay again!!
Very spacious
We stayed in the 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms accommodation and it was fantastic. Rooms are incredibly spacious, both with their own en-suite, very modern and clean. The apartment had everything you could need, including a hot tub! George was an excellent host, very proactive. Would definitely recommend.
Lovely!
We recently stayed in the two bedroom rental while visiting the area. It is a beautiful accommodation, everything was sparkly clean and modern. The setting is gorgeous. Wonderful views all around. We also loved feeding the alpacas! It’s a short drive into Inverness or a taxi is available for a lift into the city if desired. The hosts were also very helpful and communicated well. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Getaway
Just arrived home from an amazing few days away. I was recommended Essich Park by a friend and I have to say it went above and beyond the expectations I had. From the beautiful decor, to the little touches from the hosts, this place was absolutely stunning. Everything you need is all in the one place, you don’t need to leave the lodge.
